Above-average temperatures, partly cloudy skies

Temperatures will continue to rise to become above average as the country is affected by a superficial low accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

 

Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general, while the weather will be relatively cold at night over the mountains, warning against fog in the central and Qalamoun regions in the early morning.

 

The wind will be northwesterly with a low to moderate speed, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.

 

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 26/14, Daraa 28/14, Homs 27/12, Hasaka 27/13, Tartous 24/15, Aleppo 26/12, Deir Ezzor 28/14.
