Minister of Public Works and Housing and Minister of Transport, Maher Abu Samen, on Tuesday discussed with Japanese Ambassador to Jordan, Jiro Okuyama , joint cooperation in the fields of construction, housing, contracting, and transportation, which would contribute to improving and upgrading services provided to citizens.

During the meeting, Abu Saman affirmed the “deep-rooted” Jordanian-Japanese relations, lauding the envoy’s efforts and his “unrelenting” work to enhance the cooperation prospects to serve common interests.

For his part, Okuyama valued efforts made by Ministry of Works in enhancing joint cooperation, looking forward to achieving further collaboration during the next stage.
