Arish Port reopens as weather improves

The General Authority For Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) reopened Arish Port after weather condititons has improved in North Sinai.

In statements Sunday, an official source at the port said the harbor is open again as weather conditions are reportedly stable.

A number of vessels are expected to arrive at the port to be loaded with Sinai products for exportation, said the source.

North Sinai Governroate saw improvement in weather conditions after a three-day wave of intermittent rain accompanied by strong winds and hail.

The port was closed Friday over bad weather conditons.
