Cuba: US aggression on Syrian-Iraqi border area flagrant violation of international law

Havana, SANA- Cuban Foreign Ministry condemned the US aggression on the Syrian-Iraqi border area, describing it as “a flagrant violation of international law and UN Charter.”

 Cuba’s Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez said in a tweet on Twitter on Tuesday that Cuba strongly condemns the US air attacks on lands in Syria and Iraq, noting that this aggression is a flagrant violation of international law and the Charter of the United Nations.

 Syria condemned the US blatant aggression that took place at dawn yesterday on the Syrian-Iraqi border region, stressing that it is a flagrant violation of the sanctity of the Syrian and Iraqi lands.

Syria renewed its demand to the US administration to respect the territorial integrity of Syria and Iraq and to immediately stop those attacks on the independence of the two countries.
