Euro drops to its lowest in a month

Rome, SANA-The Italian central bank announced that the indicator for the euro area  dropped further in Septemper.

 

“The euro fell to 0.73 in September from 0.23 in August, at its lowest since September 2020”, Italian Press Agency AKI quoted the central bank as saying in its Economic Bulletin.

 

The bank declared that the sharp drop points to synchronised  and decisive escalation for a number of indicators, particularly waning business and consumer confidence in the region in addition to a decline in industrial production.
