Manama, The Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani praised the royal directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, to provide urgent humanitarian relief aid to Syria and Türkiye struck by earthquakes that caused the death and injury of thousands of civilians and damage to infrastructure and facilities.

Dr. Al Zayani lauded the efforts made by the government headed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to unify the efforts of ministries and government institutions to provide support to countries affected by natural disasters.

He also praised the efforts of the Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa in leading the humanitarian work carried out by the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), and lauded the foundation’s keenness to implement the directives of HM King Hamad.

The minister affirmed that the speed of Bahrain’s response to humanitarian calls and its keenness to help the needy, reflects the strong relations that bind Bahrain with the countries.

Dr. Al Zayani condoled the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery for the injured.
