Israeli occupation forces arrested a Palestinian shepherd today while grazing his sheep near the village of Deir Istiya, in the occupied West Bank province of Salfit, according to local sources. The shepherd, who was identified as Musleh Yousef Mansour, was taken to an unknown destination by the forces.
