Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati on Saturday announced three days of national mourning following the death of Kuwait’s emir Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Sabah.

Flags shall be lowered to half-mast at the public administrations, institutions, and municipalities.
