ABU DHABI: National Ambulance, part of the National Guard Command, effectively responded to 1,426 urgent calls across the Northern Emirates during the adverse weather conditions witnessed in the UAE from April 15 to 17.

Operating around the clock, the dedicated teams of National Ambulance provided emergency medical care and transportation to hospitals for the sick and injured, reflecting a significant 91% increase in call volume compared to regular days.

These efforts align with National Ambulance’s continuous commitment to improving response efficiency and prioritizing community safety. Additionally, they actively contribute to the implementation of the national weather response plan by strengthening capabilities and closely coordinating with strategic partners within the emergency and crisis system.
