Premier Arnous lays foundation stone for two tourism projects in Damascus

Damascus, SANA-Prime Minister Hussein Arnous laid the foundation stone of two tourism projects, Nirvana complex, a commercial tourist facility in the Hejaz area and the Victoria Hotel project, in central Damascus.

Arnous said that laying the foundation stone for the Nirvana Tourist Complex and Victoria Hotel projects coincides with the Tourism Investment Forum, noting that the investors of the two projects are Syrian citizens who decided to stay in the country and bear part of the burdens in the reconstruction process.

He added that investment in tourism projects constitutes a significant basis of the economy along with industry and agriculture.
