BEIRUT, Unknown gunners unleashed salvos of rockets from south Lebanon toward Israel in the third such incident in a week, the official National News Agency (NAA) said on Wednesday.
In retaliation, Israeli artillery bombarded locations around the villages of Alma Al-Shaab, Al-Naquora and Siddiqeen, all located close to the borders.
Lebanese Army said in a statement earlier today that the Israeli gunners had fired at least ten shells in the frontier regions since two days ago.
The army said the troops discovered several rocket launchers. One of the launchers was equipped with a rocket, ready to launch.
