Israeli settlers today uprooted trees and vandalized property in privately-owned Palestinian land in the town of Kafr al-Dik, west of Salfit in the north of the occupied West Bank. The owner of the land, Mansour Ali Ahmad, said that settlers broke down the gate to his land, cut the fence, and stormed with their livestock his land planted with citrus and almond trees, cutting and breaking them. They also destroyed building materials and scattered them on the ground in an attempt to force him out of his land. He pointed out that his land is located in the western region of the town, and has an area of eight dunums, pointing out that the settlers chase farmers and attack them while they are in that area. Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces shot live bullets at a vehicle driven by Aisha Khatib, from Nablus, while she was passing near the entrance to Haris village, west of Salfit. Khatib said the occupation forces fired live bullets indiscriminately while she was passing near Haris intersection, hitting her vehicle with three bullets, and causing damage to the vehicle.
