Palestinian sources confirmed that two Israeli detainees have arrived at the Egyptian Rafah border crossing, where they will be handed over to the Israeli occupation army.

Al-Qassam Brigades spokesperson, Abu Ubaida, said Monday that the two detainees, Nurit Yitzhak and Yochved Lifshitz, had been released through Egyptian-Qatari mediation.

He affirmed that the Al-Qassam decided to release them due to compelling humanitarian and medical reasons, despite more than 8 violations that have been committed by the occupation army against procedures that were agreed upon with the mediators.

The Israeli occupation army has since Friday refused to accept receiving the detainees, and is still neglecting its prisoners.
