ABU DHABI: TRENDS Research and Advisory highlighted the United Arab Emirates’ pivotal role in global humanitarian and charitable endeavours, citing its multifaceted initiatives to tackle emerging humanitarian challenges worldwide.

Speaking at an event organised by the Abu Dhabi Forum for Peace as part of its Ramadan lecture series, Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al Ali, CEO of TRENDS Research and Advisory, delivered a lecture titled “The UAE and the March of Sustainable Goodness.” Attendees included individuals interested in charitable efforts and humanitarian work.

Dr. Al Ali underscored that the ethos of the Late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan laid the foundation for the UAE’s unwavering commitment to humanitarianism, rooted in values of generosity and support for those in need globally.

Highlighting key aspects of UAE’s charitable and humanitarian endeavours, Dr. Al Ali emphasised the nation’s dedication to institutional, sustainable, and collaborative approaches. He referenced numerous institutions and initi
atives that have positioned the UAE as a leading donor nation.

Dr. Al-Ali commended the wise leadership for perpetuating the legacy of goodwill and backing charitable and humanitarian initiatives. He stressed the vital role of research centres in guiding and enhancing such efforts for maximum positive impact.

Highlighting TRENDS’ contribution to the march of sustainable goodness, Dr. Al-Ali detailed the centre’s focus on research, studies, and partnerships to advance charitable and humanitarian work. He urged expanding the scope of charitable efforts to address environmental challenges and accelerate global and local climate action.
