Raqqa- 12 civilians, including women and children, were killed as a result of airstrikes launched by the US-led international coalition on Raqqa on Monday evening.
Identical local and media sources said that the international coalition warplanes hit an area of boats' gatherings on the northern bank of the Euphrates River where a number of civilians were attempting to get out along with their families from the southern neighborhoods of the city by their boats.
Last Saturday, at least 43 civilians were killed in US-led airstrikes that targeted a residential building in Raqqa. Most of those killed were women and children.
