An “explosive device” detonated a freight train in a Russian region near Ukraine today, without causing casualties, a local official said. The governor of the Bryansk region bordering Ukraine, Alexander Bogomaz, said via Telegram that “an explosive device exploded, which led to the derailment of a freight train. There were no injuries,” according to “Russia Today.” He added that the accident occurred on a railway line between the city of Bryansk and the town of Onitsha, stressing that “rescue services are present at the place. Traffic is suspended in this part.”
