Amal Movement on Monday urged officials and the concerned sides to accomplish the constitutional junctures and elect a president of the republic without waiting for regional changes. In a statement following its politburo’s weekly meeting, the Movement renewed calls for dialogue and consensus among the domestic parties “away from the game of attrition,” calling them to cease “throwing the ball in the court of others.” Moreover, the Movement called the concerned authorities to mobilize to prevent merchants and importers from raising the prices of foodstuffs in the month of Ramadan.
