‘Angham wa Salam’ Choir supported by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the German Government through KfW Development Bank, invites journalists and representatives from media organizations to a live performance in Saida, South Lebanon on July 20, 2023 at Khan El Franj, at 6:00 pm.

Established in partnership with Al Fayhaa Choir, Angham wa Salam includes 112 choir members from all over Lebanon. Their aim is to promote social cohesion and spread messages of peace, unity, and trust through the power of music.

Angham wa Salam brings together individuals from different generations, regions, and backgrounds. The choir is part of UNDP’s participatory approach to local stability and development that worked with local committees from several Lebanese villages and initiated this inspiring initiative.

This approach focuses on enhancing coordination between communities and municipalities, initiating activities to enhance social stability across different regions in Lebanon.
