Dubai: Bollywood producer Vashu Bhagnani is currently in Dubai making the most of the fabulous weather, but that doesn’t mean that he’s switched off from work.
“I will be back for work to Dubai soon. There’s no place like here and very soon I will back with a film that will be shot in Dubai,” said Bhagnani in an interview with tabloid!. “As a producer, I look at hotels, hospital, roads … There are so many filming options here. I am in the process of getting the script finalised and approved by local bodies,” said Bhagnani, who has produced more than two dozen films including comedies such as Hero No 1 and Himmatwala. Recently, he funded ventures such as F.A.L.T.U and Rangrezz featuring his son Jacky Bhagnani. His March 26 release, Youngistan, features his son along with Boman Irani and the late Farooq Sheikh.
“Yongistan is a political film about a young leader. It’s not based on any historical figure but highlights the power of the youth,” said Bhagnani. He also intends to travel to Dubai with the film.
