Caretaker Social Affairs Minister Pierre Bou Assi questioned Saturday "who commissioned Hezbollah to form committees to communicate with the displaced?"
Referring to Hezbollah's decision to take part in solving the Syrian refugees problem through forming said committees, Bou Assi said he did not welcome this step "since it is the responsibility of the Lebanese State, which ought not relinquish its sovereignty in favor of any party."
Speaking in an interview to "MTV" Channel, Bou Assi touched on the government formation issue, advising against refusing to offer the Lebanese Forces a significant cabinet portfolio.
He also reiterated LF Party Chief Samir Geagea's previous statement in asserting that "all sides are responsible for boosting a tranquil atmosphere in the country that would raise the chances of forming a new government.
