The cabinet session has kicked off at the Grand Serail under the chairmanship of Prime Minister, Tammam Salam, and in the presence of ministers.
Minister Nabil De Freij confirmed on Monday ahead of the session that he "fears a cash problem in the country during the coming two years in case of failure to resolve the financial situation."
Environment Minister, Mohamad Mashnouk, said "the numbers are realistic and we are following up on the financial development and debt."
For his part, Industry Minister, Hussein Hajj Hassan, stressed "the issue of oil and gas is the only issue that provides income to the state. Our economic losses due to the Syrian displacement are $15 billion."
He called on the Arab States to help Lebanon the same as they had supported the war on Syria.
Health Minister, Wael Abou Faour, said that he will propose the issue of wheat, "a decision must be taken by the government to receive harvest".
