French Senator, Olivier Cadic, said on Friday that Lebanon's problem with terrorism was a world one. "Terrorism doesn't differentiate between the East and West. All of us on the same boat."
His words came during a press conference held on Friday at Information and Training Center on Water Science at Ministry of Energy and Water in the presence of Director General of the Hydraulic and Electrical Resources of Lebanon, Fadi Comair, and other figures.
"The presence of one million and 600 thousand Syrian refugees in Lebanon constitutes a socioeconomic gap. We have to support Lebanon which did not close its border," he added.
He went on to say that he would transmit Lebanese officials' demands to French authorities.
