Culture Minister Nevine el Kilany directed her ministry’s officials to launch websites for marketing culture products and setting up outlets for selling copies of plastic art paintings, as well as increasing book sales.
Kilany’s directives came during her meeting on Sunday with the heads of the ministry’s sectors and bodies, where they discussed a plan for maximizing financial resources from providing a cultural product that is appropriate and accessible to the public.
The meeting took up a possible partnership with private entities to market culture products, including “The People’s Cinema”.
