Damascus, Moscow Universities sign understanding memo on agrarian cooperation

Damascus University and Moscow State University of Food Production signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance cooperation in the field of agricultural development and academic cooperation, and boost strategic partnerships based on the principle of equality and mutual benefit.

 

The memo aims to reinforce cooperation and develop joint educational programs (University first stage, master’s and doctoral programs), including joint certificates, in addition to expanding scientific cooperation and research in the interests of both parties.

 

Both sides agreed to organize training courses to raise the competence of students and faculty members in higher education programs, exchange experiences and modern educational means, as well, to organize international scientific and practical meetings (seminars and conferences) including remote meetings, in addition to cultural events and implementing joint educational and research projects, according to the agreement.
