Egypt, Sri Lanka discuss joint cooperation in civil aviation field

Deputy Minister of Civil Aviation Montasser Mannaa has discussed with Sri Lanka’s Secretary to the Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation S. Hettiarachchi joint cooperation and coordination.

 

During the meeting, the two sides tackled renewing the bilateral air transport agreement, in addition to the possibility of operating direct flights between both countries as per demand.

The air freight traffic between both countries was also discussed during the meeting.

Meanwhile, the Sri Lankan official expressed pleasure at the meeting; given Egypt’s position in the air transport industry at the regional and international levels.
