Egypt willing to offer all support for Yemen, says minister

Planning Minister Hala el Saeid said Tuesday that Egypt is willing to offer all kind of support for Yemen.

 

Saeid, in a meeting with her visiting Yemeni counterpart Waed Bazeeb, hailed as “deep” and “strategic” relations between the two Arab countries.

 

The meeting focused on means of boosting bilateral cooperation in development and training Yemeni cadres.

 

Saeid reviewed her Ministry’s experiments and achievements in terms of comprehensive development, which are part of Egypt’s 2030 vision and Africa’s 2063 agenda of goals.

 

She touched upon a national project to upgrade the Egyptian countryside as part of “Decent Life” initiative.

 

Egypt is willing to share its know-how with Yemen through training Yemeni cadres in the different fields, the minister assured.

 

Bazeeb, for his part, stressed his country’s need for cooperation with Egypt to hone skills of cadres and benefit from Egyptian success stories, especially where achieving development is concerned.
