Four Emirati planes loaded with aid arrive in the airports of Damascus and Lattakia

Damascus, Lattakia, SANA- Four Emirati planes loaded with humanitarian aid arrived on Friday at the international airports of Damascus and Lattakia for those affected by the earthquake that struck Syria on the 6th of February.

 

The first Emirati plane that arrived at Damascus International Airport loaded with 29 tons and 700 kilograms of food while the second plane loaded with 86 tons and 670 kilograms of relief materials included food and tablets.

 

Two Emirati planes arrived on Friday at Lattakia International Airport carrying food and relief aid for the earthquake-affected people.

Director of Lattakia Airport, Ziyad al-Tawil pointed out in a statement to SANA reporter that the first plane loaded with 11 tons on board, and the second of 25 tons of food and relief supplies, with the aim of supporting the earthquake-affected people.

 

Al-Tawil added that a Cyprus Airways plane also arrived on Thursday at Beirut Airport, carrying humanitarian aid Medical and food provided by Cyprus to the earthquake victims in Syria.
