Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research ,Bassam Ibrahim, said that the Ministry is about to announce a recruitment competition at the end of January for University Teaching Assistants (TAs) from all branches in all Syrian universities according to the actual need.
Ibrahim said in a statement to SANA that the concentration at the competition is on the medical specializations as it was noted lately an increase in the number of the specialization that are most required in public hospitals, in particular at hospitals of tumors ,radiology, anesthesia and physical treatment in addition to the family and community medicine.
He added that Legislative Decree No.2 for 2022 issued today contributes to encouraging the postgraduate students and all the medical cadres and technicians to specialize and improve the quality of the medial service offered in the public hospitals.
