JERICHO, Wednesday, March 22, 2023 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation authorities today issued 15 stop construction orders against Palestinian structures in the village of al-Jiftlik, north of the city of Jericho in the east of the West Bank. Local official Mohammad Grouf told WAFA that all the structures had tin roofs and some of them were built decades ago. Israel claims the structures are located in Area C, which is under its military control and where Palestinians are not allowed to build.
