A Palestinian in his 30s was shot today with live ammunition fired at him by Israeli forces as he was passing near the eastern entrance to the city of Qalqilia, according to local sources.

Sources told WAFA that Israeli forces opened live fire on Ahmad Naji Abu Amer as he was riding his motorbike near the eastern entrance to the city of Qalqilia, shooting and injuring him.

Abu Amer reportedly fell off his motorbike after being shot and was immediately detained by the forces despite his injury.
