Minister of Public Health Jamil Jabaq received on Tuesday a delegation from the Association of Private Hospital Owners headed by Sleiman Haroun, in the presence of MP Fadi Alama.
Discussions touched on hospital-related affairs and ways of finding solutions to the problems faced by citizens and hospital owners.
"We consider them an integral part of the hospital sector in Lebanon and a key partner in the health and medical sector in Lebanon," Jabaq said in reference to the private hospitals owners.
"We work on solve the existing problems as soon as possible," he said.
Ona different note, the minister welcomed a delegation from the Arab Hospitals Federation, which presented him with an invitation to the "Arab Federation of Hospitals in Cairo", which will be held in conjunction with the meeting of the Council of Arab Ministers of Health on February 27 and 28.
The delegation also invited Minister Jabaq to partake in the "Arab Hospitals Union" conference to take place on April 10 and 11 in Kuwait.
