Jeddah forum to focus on water and power sector

The CWC Group has announced that there are five delegate places, worth SR9,000 each, to be won as part of the free visitor registration at the Saudi Water and Power Forum (SWPF), taking place from Dec. 1-3.
The competition winners will have access to the whole forum and its vastly anticipated networking functions, including the dinner reception hosted by Acwa Power, inauguration and opening ceremony where Minister of Water and Electricity Abdullah Al-Hussayen will be giving an opening speech, the exhibition VIP tour, roundtable discussions, and KAUST pre-forum sessions.
This competition is a great opportunity for visitors to meet the senior representatives in the industry. “We are really pleased to give our five lucky visitors a chance to take part in this world-class event focused on Saudi water and power sector,” stated the SWPF Event Director Gurpreet Hayre.
The dinner reception hosted by Acwa Power annually attracts the most senior governmental representatives along with hundreds of companies operating and investing in the region. The unique format of the roundtable discussions provides all participants with an opportunity to discuss debate and share their key challenges with peers, colleagues and experts alike.
Roundtables will run for 25 minute durations concurrently, and all participants will be invited to attend up to 6 of the 11 roundtables. Moderators represent companies such as NWC, SWCC, IDA, Acwa Power, GE Power & Water, Marafiq, Global Water Intelligence, Moya Bushnak, Alstom, DESERTEC Power, DME — the German Desalination Industry Association — and Doosan Enpure.
On Thursday (Nov. 28), the CWC Group will announce the five lucky winners who will gain access to the SWPF Forum. This promotion is only available to visitors who preregister before 11 a.m. on Thursday.
