Jordanian Foreign Minister Discusses Gaza Conflict with French Counterpart

Amman – Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Jordan, Ayman Safadi, engaged in a critical discussion with his French counterpart, Catherine Colonna, regarding the ongoing war in Gaza. The conversation, which took place over a phone call on Saturday, focused on initiating prompt and decisive international action to end the conflict and provide relief to the affected civilians.

According to Jordan News Agency, the discussion centered on the need for Israel to adhere to its responsibilities as the occupying force and to stop violating international humanitarian law and human rights laws. He stressed the importance of Israel ceasing its attacks on civilians and civilian properties, including hospitals and houses of worship. Safadi also expressed his gratitude to Colonna for France’s condemnation of the recent attack on the Jordanian field hospital in Gaza.
