Judge Alaa Khatib on Friday issued an indictment in Takwa, Salam mosque explosion case, whereupon he accused two officers from the Syrian Army intelligence as responsible for the fatal explosion that hit Tripoli years ago.
Khatib also issued a memo requiring a permanent search for the Syrian officers who commanded the two Syrian officers, Captain Mohammad Ali Ali and Nasser Jouban, to carry out the operation.
It is worth mentioning that the operation, as investigations have shown, was executed by a cell composed of five Lebanese individuals. One of them, Youssef Diab from Jabal Mohsin, is in the hands of the judiciary while the others have already fled to Syria.
