Foreign and Expatriates Minister, Fayssal Mikdad said that Syria has supported Russia in the military operation in Ukraine against the West’s procedures and provocations that pose threat to its national security.
“The West is going on in supporting the neo-Nazis in Ukraine and the terrorist organizations to carry out its political agendas and impose hegemony on the world,” Mikdad told al-Mayadeen TV on Monday.
He said that Syria is still exposed to a terrorist aggression by western countries and an embargo which causes a suffering for its people, at a time when the US occupation supports QSD separatist militia, loots Syria’s resources of oil and wheat from Syrian al-Jazeera.
“The Turkish regime also continues its support to the terrorist organizations in Syria, in a flagrant violation of UN charter,” Mikdad said, adding that Syria is determined to liberate each part of its occupied territories.
