National Media Authority mourns death of veteran radio broadcaster Hamdi media al-Konaysi

The National Media Authority, headed by Hussein Zein, mourned on Friday the death of veteran broadcaster Hamdi al-Konaysi, who died today at age 80.

 

Zein said al-Konaysi had offered visions that contributed to developing the authority as he was a member of its board of directors.

 

He added that the late left unforgettable works which are beloved by the Egyptian radio’s fans.

 

The authority also extended its deepest condolences to the family of the deceased.
