The National Training Academy of Egypt (NTA) has become Egypt’s central hub for citizen-building, Planning and Economic Development Minister Hala El Saeed said.

During a meeting with Executive Director of the National Training Academy Rasha Ragheb at the ministry’s headquarters on Saturday 1/1/2022, Saeed applauded the training programs organized by the academy, which are in line with Egypt Vision 2030.

Saeed emphasized the importance of providing adequate youth leadership training by developing quality training programs and establishing new partnerships with top intentional firms.

The ministry has developed a comprehensive plan to conduct a set of joint training programs in cooperation with the academy, Saeed said, asserting the importance of such programs to meet training needs of government workers, in tandem the government ongoing efforts to relocate to the New Administrative Capital.

These programs aim to encourage public servants in general, and young people in particular, to improve their skills in several areas, including green economy, the minister said.

Meanwhile, Ragheb said that the meeting took up aspects of mutual cooperation to lay out an action plan for developing a new set of training programs to empower Egyptian women in Egypt and abroad.
