A verbal clash echoed across the House of Parliament's meeting hall between MPs Khaled al-Daher and Emile Rahme over attempts to bog the Lebanese Army down in political polarizations.
Al-Daher requested a clarification on what had really happened in Arsal, in reference to the last Army operation, which led afterwards to the death of four Syrian detainees.
Al- Daher went on to request the resignation of the Minister of Defense, but Rahme responded by asking Al-Daher to quit his "outbidding" attempts.
Then, House Speaker Nabih Berri stepped in and urged both sides to end their discussion.
