Vijay Das is a young Keralite who goes to England on a student visa and builds a successful career as a businessman. He soon finds himself in a dilemma when he has to choose between Merin, a nurse in London he loves, or Pavithra, the only daughter of a wealthy business tycoon.
“Vijay has come up the hard way and is not an emotional person,” reveals director Anil C. Menon while talking about his fifth film, London Bridge.
“Pavithra, despite being wealthy does not care for her father’s business and is actively involved in social work in London. Her father hopes that Vijay will win her heart.”
After Ayalum Njanum Thammil, Pratap Pothen and Prithviraj come together once again in the film. Pothen plays Pavithra’s father, Nambiar, and Prithviraj is Das. Andrea plays Pavithra and Telegu actress Nanditha Raj is Merin, her first role in Malayalam.
“Prithviraj sports a completely different look in this film. London Bridge is a cute love story and one that can be watched with family,” adds Menon, a native of Thrissur.
