Russia has affirmed its firm support to Syria’s sovereignty, territorial integrity and its readiness to help the Syrian people combat international terrorism.
Special representative of the Russian President, Deputy Foreign Minister, Michael Bogdanov, discussed on Thursday with Syria’s Ambassador in Moscow, Riad Haddad, bilateral relations and the latest developments in Syria and the Middle East.
Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement that talks between the two sides also dealt with means of boosting cooperation in light of reconstruction process in Syria.
