Provinces, The authorities concerned continued to settle the cases of wanted civilians and military deserters and those who haven’t joined the military service in the settlement centers of Deir Ezzor and the countryside of Raqqa, Aleppo and Damascus within the framework of the agreements proposed by the State.
The opportunity of settlement paves the way for those persons to return to their families and villages and restore their normal lives.
