Shaarawi, Anani inspect Kebbash Road ahead of inauguration ceremony

Ministers Mahmoud Shaarawi of Local Development and Khaled Anani of Tourism and Antiquities hailed the progress realized in reviving Kebbash Road – the road that connects the Luxor Temple with the Karnak Temple Complex.

 

The ministers made the remarks on Saturday while inspecting the road in preparation for holding a grand celebration in Luxor to inaugurate the road.

 

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi is deeply interested in accomplishing this national project which is being implemented in line with directives of Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli.

 

The two ministers underlined the importance of commitment to the timetable of implementing projects.

 

Shaarawi said the state seeks to restore the civilizational aspects of Luxor.

 

Meanwhile, Anani said the state is keen to show Luxor in the best image for the world during the inauguration ceremony of Kebbash Road.
