Sisi, Djibouti counterpart attend signing of deals

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and his Djibouti counterpart Ismail Omar Guelleh attended at the Ettihadiya Palace Monday the signing of a number of cooperation agreements between the two countries.

The two leaders attended the signing of a number of memos of understanding for establishing a mechanism for political consultations, signed by Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry and Djibouti Foreign Minister and Minister of International cooperation Mahmoud Ali Yusef.

The two countries signed a MoU to establish a logistics area in Djibouti, signed on the Egyptian side by Minister of Trade and Industry Nivene Gamea and the Djibouti foreign minister for his country.

Minister of Petroleum Tarik el Mola and the Djibouti foreign minister signed a number of MoUs in the fields of energy and renewable resources.
