Syria participates in diplomatic and charitable bazaar in Pakistan

The Syrian Embassy in Pakistan participated in the activities of the diplomatic and charitable bazaar organized by the Women’s Association in the Pakistani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with diplomatic bodies in Islamabad.

 

The Chargé d’Affairs at the Syrian Embassy in Islamabad, Ambassador Mazen Obaid, said that this participation is the first of its kind for Syria for a long time in Pakistan, pointing out that the Syrian pavilion attracted everyone’s attention of all visitors.

 

He noted that the Syrian participation reflected the deep-rooted historical ties binding the two friendly countries, and the desire to strengthen at various educational, cultural, and tourism fields.

 

The participants in the bazaar, including Pakistani officials, diplomatic figures, Arab communities, and others, displayed the products and industries of their countries to be sold for the benefit of charities to promote the culture of donation and assistance for them.
