Temperatures to rise, relatively hot weather

Damascus,- Temperatures continue to rise to become around average in most regions or from 2 to 4 degrees above average in the eastern region and al-Jazeera  as the country is affected by  superficial low air  pressure  accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

 

Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the weather will be relatively hot and clear in general and cool at night over mountainous heights, and the wind will be westerly to southwesterly between low to moderate in speed with active gusts exceeding 55 km per hour and the sea waves will be low in height.

 

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus   35/17, Homs  30/17 , Tartous 28/22  ,Aleppo 33/17  , Lattakia   28/20 .
