Damascus- Temperatures tend to drop , but will remain above average by 2 to 4 degrees as the country is affected by the Indian seasonal superficial low air pressure accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the skies will be hot and clear in general and misty and very hot in the eastern areas, al-Jazira and al-Badiya.
The winds will be western to northwestern of moderate speed, while the sea waves will be low to moderate in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 38/19, Daraa 35/18, Homs 34/20, Hama 37/21, Lattakia 29/23, Aleppo 39/20 and Deir Ezzor 43/23.
