On the occasion of the International Women’s Day, UNDP, in partnership with the European Union and the United States Agency for International Development, is cordially inviting you to attend the opening ceremony of ‘Her Voice, Her Power’ Art Exhibition, on Wednesday March 8th, 2023, at 4 pm at Beit Beirut (invitation attached).

The UNDP Resident Representative Ms. Melanie Hauenstein and H.E. Ambassador of the European Union to Lebanon Mr. Ralph Tarraf will participate in the opening ceremony along with representatives from civil society organizations, activists, and the international community amongst others.

The exhibition aims at celebrating Lebanese women’s artwork in various disciplines such as painting, photography, ceramics, music, amongst others. It also highlights women’s achievements and ultimately encourage them to take part and participate in the public and political life to make the change they seek for Lebanon.

A panel discussion will be included with women from different fields tackling subjects related to women representation and participation in public and political life.
