YOUTH CITY 2030 TO DEVELOP YOUTHS’ ROLE IN BAHRAIN

Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, representative of the King, for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports, and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, hailed the support of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, to Bahraini youth, as their impetus to become partners in planning and implementation of plans to build all institutions in Bahrain, and to achieve leadership through persistently tackling the challenging experiences and who are equipped with high quality training and expertise.

Shaikh Nasser said, the Youth City 2030 is considered one of the creative programmes, aimed to educate and build Bahraini youth's personality, in accordance with international standards through engagement in professional programmes capable of brushing up their skills and capabilities and transformation of their ideas into reality.

Shaikh Nasser praised the Ministry of Youth and Sports, led by the minister, Hisham Al Jowder, and all the ministry staff, in the successful organisation of Youth City 2030, which is the first ever role model of its type in the region, and the enfoldment of noble patriotic goals for youth, praising Tamkeen's support to the City, which reflects its strategy, aimed to promote the status of Bahraini youth.

Earlier, Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, deputised the Minister of Youth and Sports to inaugurate the eighth edition of Youth City 2030
