JENIN: Israeli colonists this evening attacked Palestinian shepherds in the town of Jaba’ to the south of Jenin and pelted them with stones, according to local sources.

Sources told WAFA that colonists from the illegal colony of Homesh attacked shepherds and pelted them with stones, forcing them to leave the grazing pastures.

Colonists further prevented shepherds from grazing their livestock in the mountainous area of Jaba’.

They also killed two sheep belonging to one of the shepherds. The owner of the sheep, Rabe’ Kana’an, told WAFA that a group of colonists armed with sharp tools attacked him while he was grazing his livestock in the Jaba’ area. The colonists killed two sheep and injured one.

The colonists were fended off by residents in the said area.
