President of Korea Receives Saudi Minister of Defense

Seoul, President of the Republic of Korea Yoon Suk-Yeol received today Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Minister of Defense, in the Korean capital, Seoul.

The Minister of Defense conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and conveyed to the government and people of the Republic of Korea their wishes of further progress and prosperity.

The two sides reviewed bilateral relations and cooperation in the military and defense fields. Attending the meeting were Chief of the General Staff General Fayyad bin Hamed Al-Ruwaili and Saudi Ambassador to the Republic of Korea Sami bin Muhammad Al-Sadhan.

The minister and his accompanying delegation arrived today in the Republic of Korea on an official visit during which they will meet with a number of Korean officials to discuss bilateral relations, enhance cooperation in the military and defense fields, and review regional and international issues of common interest.
